Healing The Heart of Your Voice - Workshop Program
Creating Sanctuary
Module 1
This is where you find the No.1 key to discovering your 'authentic voice'. We will focus on bringing your mental, physical and emotional bodies into balance.
You will be taken through a mini Vision Quest to find your most purposeful direction at this time.
You'll see which of your ‘feminine’ yin qualities you have been devaluing and how to shift this to access your authentic feminine power.
Module 2
* You learn professional techniques to free the natural voice and expand your volume and resonance.
You'll find your special 'healing' tone.
* You will learn the breathing exercises that de-stress and resolve the fear response.
* You learn a breathing process to heal and clear stagnant, dull energy and anchor your new vision
Dominique gives a highly informative, overview of how your voice works within your physical body and how you can get the best usage from your own instrument. You'll receive specific feedback regarding the strengths of your voice. Any areas of blockage will be quickly diagnosed, giving you fast track processes to get past these blocks and align with your most authentic, least manufactured, ‘magical’ voice.

A nourishing afternoon tea is designed to aid with clearing and switch your nervous system back into a natural healthy state of calm.

Closing Crystal Bowl & Healing Meditation
You finish you journey on a closing guided soundscape meditation to bring you into vibrational alignment with your joy, creativity and self expression, to embrace your abundant and powerful Inner Feminine presence.
This is a Crystal Bowl & Voice Sacred Sound Healing Meditation.
By exploring new dimensions of possibility for yourself you are opened to the fountain of infinite riches that you are here to bring into the world.

Your Retreat Workshop will be held at The Michael Centre. Warranwood. Melbourne. Victoria.

Situated in a beautiful bush setting in Warranwood, the Michael Centre comprises buildings designed by anthroposophical architect Greg Burgess.
